Free Hands-Only CPR training session set for Feb. 1

Penn State Hershey Medical Center will offer a free Hands-Only CPR training from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Hershey Story on Chocolate Avenue. The training includes a 15-minute video and a series of interactive stations. With the completion of all of these stations, attendees will receive complimentary admission for Saturday to the Hershey Story Museum.

Almost 80 percent of sudden cardiac arrests happen in the home; 92 percent of victims don't survive, often because people around them don't take action and begin CPR. Help change this statistic by learning the simple skills of Hands-Only CPR.
