Board committee to meet via conference call

A special meeting of the Penn State Board of Trustees Committee on Governance and Long-Range Planning will be held via conference call at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15. The sole purpose of this meeting is consideration of governance consultant engagement proposals. This meeting is open to the public for listening purposes on a first-come, first-served basis with a limit of 30 participants.
