Registration open for Campus Sexual Assault Education Conference

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State Campus Sexual Assault Education Conference is set for Tuesday, Oct. 15, and will be hosted by the Penn State Justice Center for Research, College of Liberal Arts and Penn State Outreach. The conference will take place in the HUB-Robeson Auditorium and Heritage Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The one-day conference is a chance for students to learn about campus sexual assault through a variety of one-hour workshops covering a wide-range of topics such as Sexual Assault 101, masculinity and rape, prevention methods, legal procedures and bystander intervention.

Lunch will be provided to all conference attendees. Registration is free, and students can register at http://justicecenter.psu.edu/front-page/conference.
