Biometric screening deadline approaching

Benefits-eligible Penn State employees who have not yet scheduled a biometric screening appointment should schedule one as soon as possible. There are only four weeks left until the Oct. 8 deadline to complete the screening, which is one of the three steps needed to fulfill the requirements of the Take Care of Your Health initiative and avoid the surcharge. While appointments still are available, the remaining screening sessions will fill up quickly and the closer it gets to Oct. 8, the more difficult it will be to schedule a convenient appointment. Biometric screenings are being offered every weekday through Oct. 8 at University Park. Screening appointment availability at other campuses varies.
