UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Orchesis, Penn State's oldest dance company, will be hosting its annual Spring Choreographer's Showcase at 8 p.m. Friday, April 12; 11 a.m. Saturday, April 13; and 2 p.m. Sunday, April 14; in White Hall Dance Theater, Room 132-133 of the White Building.
The show will feature dance styles such as jazz, contemporary, ballet and hip-hop. Tickets for the Friday evening show will cost $3 for students with a Penn State ID, and the Saturday and Sunday shows will cost $4.99 for students. All shows will cost $6.50 for non-students. Anyone interested in learning more about dance and Orchesis, is welcome to take an open class at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday April 16, in Room 113 of the White Building.
