EBC lecture to explore leadership, emotional intelligence

Daniel Gil’Adi, director of INTEGRA Consulting Team LLC, will discuss emotional intelligence as it relates to management, specifically in team building, from 1 to 2:15 p.m. Friday, April 19, in Room 121 of Penn State Berks' Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building. This event is free and open to the public and light refreshments will be served.

The presentation titled “Leadership and Emotional Intelligence” will introduce participants to the theoretical foundation and the relevance of emotional intelligence in their personal and professional life. The challenge of leadership and emotional intelligence is that committed and creative individuals are needed at all levels of our institutions to create a group that can handle current turbulence and has the tolerance and flexibility to manage what the future may offer. Participants will begin learning how to reflect and become conscious of the needed efforts to practice intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence.
