Campus to offer R.A.D. training program for women

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. (March 20, 2013) – Penn State Lehigh Valley is accepting sign-ups for an upcoming Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) training program to be held this spring. R.A.D. is a comprehensive program for women that will be taught in the campus fitness center by a nationally certified R.A.D. instructor. The program aims to teach techniques, tactics, awareness and risk-reduction that can aid in self-defense. Dates and times are to be announced.
