Penn State leads Big Ten GOLD Alumni Challenge

Penn State is participating with other Big Ten universities in the
first Big Ten GOLD Challenge to encourage giving by "GOLD" alumni -- Graduates of the Last Decade (1992 through 2001).
A focus group of Penn State alumni suggested the idea as a way to have a friendly, non-sports competition among Big Ten universities. Currently, Penn State leads all other conference institutions with more than 13 percent of its GOLD alumni making gifts.
