College for Kids Program to Begin Soon

Penn State Shenango will hold its Fifth Annual College for Kids Program beginning the week of July 15 and continuing through July 26. The two-week summer enrichment program for school-age children has continued to grow each year with the additions of College for Teens in 2000 and a June basketball camp in 2001. This year, more than 165 students will participate in College for Kids and College for Teens. Thanks to the generosity of friends, businesses, clubs and charities, many of these children have received scholarships to attend the program, which caters to children ages 7-15.
