May 28, 2003

Penn State DuBois' newest class of graduates celebrated the campus' 33rd annual spring commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 17. More than 120 spring and summer 2003 graduates received baccalaureate degrees and associate degrees. The inclusion of successful alumni extended to the guest speaker, Alain E. Hunter, a member of the senior staff of the secretary of the U.S. Air Force. Hunter attended Penn State DuBois in 1949, and for the past seven years has served as a program manager and education specialist in higher education in the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization.
