Commencement speaker returns to campus and community

The keynote speaker at Penn State McKeesport's spring 2003 commencement exercise walked onto campus with an air of certainty as he reflected on his early days at Penn State McKeesport. Gregory R. Weber '67, president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Rail Corporation, more commonly known as Conrail, reflected on his beginning, not only at Penn State McKeesport but as a young man growing up across the river in Clairton Pennsylvania.
