African-American festival comes to Penn State Altoona

The 10th Annual Blair County African American Heritage Arts Festival will be bringing a unique mix of African American music, dance, blues and gospel to Penn State Altoona this summer. This year's festival will be held Saturday, July 26, from noon to 7 p.m. on the grounds of the College and will include performances by a variety of musicians and dance groups. The event will include a children's activity area, information on community organizations, food and vendors.
