AOL co-founder to speak at Industry Leader Lecture Series

AOL co-founder Ken Huntsman, a Penn State alumnus, will trace the creation, design and meteoric rise of America On-Line from a computer manufacturer's online service to household name at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, in 104 Keller Building on the University Park campus. Huntsman's presentation is part of the School of Information Sciences and Technology's (IST) Industry Leader Lecture Series. Huntsman presently serves as a technical consultant to the operations group of AOL Networks, based in Reston, Va. He has held other positions in AOL, including systems programmer and director of systems architecture.
