Penn State's 2003 Homecoming Committee has announced a schedule of events for this year's homecoming celebration. The 2003 homecoming theme, "One Pride Upholding Tradition," will be observed through the following schedule of events:

Thursday, Oct. 2

Friday, Oct. 3
Student/Alumni Ice Cream Social, 1:30 to 4 p.m., Hintz Family Alumni Center
Homecoming parade, 5:30 p.m., College Avenue
Pep Rally and King & Queen Coronation, Old Main steps, following the parade
Guard The Lion Shrine, sponsored by the Lion Ambassadors, The Lion Shrine, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 4
Tailgate Competition, Beaver Stadium, Pre-game
Penn State vs. Wisconsin, noon, Beaver Stadium
