Health tip: tea is good for you so drink up

According to Penn State Beaver nurse Barbara McDanel, one cup of black tea has enough fluoride to help prevent tooth decay and green tea contains twice the amount of fluoride. Green tea, which is more popular in China and Japan than it is in the United States, is much richer in flavanoids and antioxidants. It is growing in popularity, however, in this country due to increased reports of its healthful benefits for men and women.
