The Africana Research Center is issuing a call for proposals.
The center encourages and supports research and scholarship that enhances the lives of Africans across the Diaspora (i.e., African peoples of the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia), and serves as a catalyst for promoting an environment where cultural production and discourse on diversity can be nurtured to advance the research, teaching and outreach mission of the University. The center has recently revised its grant structure and submission guidelines. The center now has a three-tier grant system: student level support, faculty support up to $2,000 and faculty support up to $10,000.
