Paul Kocin, winter weather expert at The Weather Channel and Penn State meteorology alumnus, will return to University Park Nov. 6 to present a lecture, "So what do you do during the summer?" and to speak about his upcoming book, Northeast Snowstorms of the 20th Century.
The lecture, to be held at 7 p.m. in 112 Walker Building, is free to the public. Hosts for the event are the Irvin Hall Interest House, the Department of Meteorology and the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.
