Penn Stater of the Quarter announced

Phillip Harris, project assistant/academic counselor for Student Support Services at Penn State McKeesport, has been chosen Penn Stater of the Quarter for the period of July, August, and September 2003. This recognition program was developed by the Commonwealth College as an opportunity to thank those faculty, staff, and students who serve the University above and beyond their normal duties. Harris was nominated and received the Penn Stater of the Quarter Award for organizing and implementing outreach and on-campus programs that deal with multicultural and innovative educational issues.
