Holiday message support

The Call Center Services Office will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27. The office will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26, and will reopen Friday, Nov. 28, with hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Message service will be available to assist departments with telephone support on the day before and the day after the Thanksgiving holiday. With the service, all calls are answered by Call Center staff and messages are forwarded every hour to the departments designated area via e-mail. Special arrangements also can be made to handle urgent or emergency calls so that these messages will get to the designated departmental contact as soon as possible. A no-fee Telecommunications Service Requisition (TSR) form is required in order to process a message service request. It is not necessary for departments to process a separate TSR for each request, as all requests can be budgeted on one standing-TSR for the fiscal year. A message service order form also must be submitted in order to complete the request process.
