Former school director installed on national board of directors

Former Director of the Penn State Capital College School of Science, Engineering, and Technology William A. Welsh Jr. has been installed as a member of the Board of Directors of ABET, the recognized accrediting body for college and university programs in applied science, computing, engineering, and technology. Welsh retired from the college as an associate professor emeritus of engineering and resides in Lawn. Pa.
