Prince to party like 1999 in Happy Valley

April showers may turn into "Purple Rain" when rock star Prince performs at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at The Bryce Jordan Center on Penn State's University Park campus. Prince, now on the road with his "Musicology Tour," will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month. He is known for producing a string of 22 Top 10 hits that combine pop, funk and rock. Reserved tickets at $68.50 and $45 go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at The Bryce Jordan Center, Eisenhower Auditorium, Downtown Theatre, select Uni-Marts and Penn State Altoona; by calling (814) 865-5555 or (800) 863-3336; and online.
