Blue and White Scholarships announced

Area high school seniors have accepted Blue and White Scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $2,400 from Penn State McKeesport for fall 2004. Scholarship recipients include Scott S. Gross of Serra Catholic High School; Matthew L. Mochan and Kaila B. McAllister of East Allegheny High School; Heather M. Homler, Sarah E. Mooney, and Lacey J. Richards of McKeesport Area High School; and Megan A. Johnson of Elizabeth Forward High School.
