Penn State Harrisburg hosts math and science curriculum showcase

The 3rd annual mathematics and science curriculum showcase, targeting educators in the region, comes to the campus of Penn State Harrisburg Wednesday, July 14. The showcase, hosted by the Capital Area Institute for Mathematics and Science at Penn State Harrisburg, is designed to expose the education community to quality standards and inquiry-based programs with a priority on curriculum materials that focus on the Pennsylvania science and technology, environment and ecology, and mathematics standards. Representatives from across the nation will showcase their K-12 publications and support materials, and government agencies and nonprofit organizations will display an array of resource materials and opportunities available to enrich math and science instruction at all levels.
