Since 1990, Gerald N. Hall Sr. and the Hall Foundation have supplied scholarships each year to deserving students at Penn State Harrisburg. Hall, a former member of the campus Board of Advisers and the chairman of the foundation founded by his father, has increased the foundation's commitment to the campus through the creation of a Trustee Scholarship.
