Tressler garners conference honors for Penn State baseball team

Penn State senior pitcher Aaron Tressler (Pennsylvania Furnace, Pa.) was named the Big Ten Pitcher of the Week for his outstanding pitching performance versus Iowa on Saturday at Beaver Field. Tressler is the first Nittany Lion pitcher to garner Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honors this season. He nearly recorded a no-hitter, allowing just one hit in a complete game to lead the Penn State baseball team to a 4-1 win over the Hawkeyes in Saturday's Game 2.
