Seen on Campus: Activities crowd end-of-semester calendar

As the end of each semester approaches, Penn State's University Park campus becomes a veritable hotbed of activities trying to cram into the shrinking calendar space left, and this spring has been no exception. Among the events of the past two weeks that a roaming photographer for Penn State Live caught in action were a Senior Sendoff festival for graduating students hosted by the Lion Ambassadors and the Alumni Association; a robot competition for computer science and engineering students; the donation of a sculpture by a Penn State alumnus from Nigeria; a Talent Search college and career preparation program run for middle and high school students from western Pennsylvania; and former astronaut Margaret Seddon speaking at the final Penn State Forum Lunch of the semester.
