Student's business plan earns top prize in competition

Penn State Schuylkill business student David R. Cipko has captured the grand prize in the first Pottsville Area Development Corp. contest for developing a business plan. Cipko took the Pottsville Business Plan Competition for his idea to open a pretzel shop and factory which includes a retail location as well as providing guided group tours to schoolchildren and tourists.
