The Harrisburg City Archives are getting a long-awaited re-establishment and reorganization, thanks to a creative collaboration involving Penn State Harrisburg graduate students in American studies. The archives, for years boxed in storage in a city facility and inaccessible to the public, will be organized by the students "at no cost to the city," said Michael L.
