Penn State College of Medicine's Floros to be honored during State of University address

September 16, 2004

Penn State President Graham B. Spanier's annual State of the University Address will be broadcast live via satellite from Eisenhower Auditorium from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17, in the Hospital Auditorium and Academic Support Building, room 1101. Spanier's address this year will focus on a theme of "Building on Tradition to Chart the Future." Since Penn State is celebrating its sesquicentennial, Spanier will take this opportunity to examine the University's heritage as a "people's university," as well as to reflect on the University's past and introduce ways to build on its legacy of success.
