Building dedications, State of the University address highlight busy week

Friday, Sept. 17, was a busy day on Penn State's University Park campus. The day included several activities, including the dedication of the newly renovated first floor of Deike Building; the dedication of the Chemistry and Life Sciences Buildings and Shortlidge Mall, which runs under the bridge connecting the two state-of-the-art buildings; and the Academic Convocation and State of the University Address.
