Exhibit displays stereo cards

The Special Collections Library announces a new exhibit, "Double Vision: Stereo Cards and Their Descendants, The First Visual Mass Media," which is on display through February in the B. and H. Henisch Photo-History Collection Exhibit Room, 201A Pattee Library, University Park. The exhibit features stereograph cards, stereo viewers and cameras, and Viewmasters. Items were selected by Special Collections staff member R. Aaron Rottner from the holdings of Historical Collections and Labor Archives and Rare Books and Manuscripts, including the B. and H. Henisch Collection of Photo-History and the Nelson Wood Collection. Rottner will deliver an informal gallery talk at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, in the Henisch Exhibit Room.
