Penn State Schuylkill is bringing the course which fulfills the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture requirements for the Food Employee Certification Act to the area. The Statewide Food Safety Training course is designed for food service managers, chefs, caterers, health officials and inspectors. It is an outreach program of the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences' Department of Food Services, Penn State Cooperative Extension, the Division of Continuing Education and the Office of Statewide Programs.
