Adult literacy institute to mark 20th anniversary

The Institute for the Study of Adult Literacy will hold a celebration of its 20th anniversary with a brunch and talk on the future of adult literacy from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 24 in 208 Rackley Building, University Park. Thomas G. Sticht, UNESCO Mahatma Gandhi Medal Laureate, will present: "Beyond 2005: A Vision of the Future Through a Prism of the Past." Sticht is an international consultant in adult education.
