Veronica Winters, a master-of-fine-arts student in visual arts, will present her thesis exhibition, "Ordinary Mysteria: Paintings and Drawings," from April 19 to 24 in the Zoller Gallery on Penn State's University Park campus. The closing reception will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 22. Winters' work is influenced by 19th-century Russian genre painting, Romanticism, Flemish naturalism and classical Greco-Roman work. She works from models, sketches, photographs and great artwork.
