Information resources available for medical center employees

Employees participating in the Penn State Hershey Medical Center health-care benefits plan can get answers to their benefits questions through a number of channels. In order to help employees find the information they need, the medical center benefits office has put together a compact list of its customer-service resources.

The medical center Benefits Administration Office is committed to assisting employees with understanding their benefits. Resources that are available include:

-- The Medical Center Benefits Infonet Web site (accessible by medical center employees only) at http://infonet.hmc.psu.edu/benefits/ online. The site includes detailed benefit information and links to benefit vendor Web sites, benefits plan summary descriptions, health and wellness information, retirement information and essential benefit forms.
