Information resources available for medical center employees

Employees participating in the Penn State Hershey Medical Center health-care benefits plan can get answers to their benefits questions through a number of channels. In order to help employees find the information they need, the medical center benefits office has put together a compact list of its customer-service resources.

The medical center Benefits Administration Office is committed to assisting employees with understanding their benefits. Resources that are available include:

-- The Medical Center Benefits Infonet Web site (accessible by medical center employees only) at online. The site includes detailed benefit information and links to benefit vendor Web sites, benefits plan summary descriptions, health and wellness information, retirement information and essential benefit forms.
