Health care benefits survey coming

This week, Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center employees participating in the Medical Center's health plan will receive an e-mail link to a survey about employee satisfaction with health-care benefits. Employees without e-mail will be able to access the survey through Employee Self-Service at http://lawsonweb.hersheymed.net/lawson/office/officeindex.html online.
