Aquatic fitness opportunities available

In addition to water walking and lap swimming, University Park's McCoy Natatorium and White Building pools offer many different forms of Aquacize. While many of the same cardiovascular, weight control and therapeutic values can be derived from swimming and water exercise as walking, jogging and aerobics, aquatic exercise is significantly less stressful on the joints.
