Fitness center winter schedule now available

To help people get in shape in 2007, The University Fitness Center at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine offers a variety of exercise classes to suit all personalities and tastes. Several new programs, classes and variations are offered, including the following.

-- Pilates on Monday evenings and vinyasa flow yoga on Wednesday evenings with Emma Terndrup;

-- Martial arts classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays now appropriate for participants as young as 12 years old; and

-- Additional basic training classes include early morning classes, two mid-morning stretch classes, yoga fit, several evening classes and country line dancing at noon Fridays.
