Law professor appears before U.S. Senate Commerce Committee

Law professor Stephen Ross appeared Tuesday, March 27, before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation and testified at a hearing to examine competition and consumer choice relating to exclusive sports programming. He participated on a panel with senior officials from MLB, DIRECTV, Dish Network and the cable association about the MLB/DIRECTV exclusive contract.
