LifeWorks: Help available to quit smoking

Serious about quitting smoking? LifeWorks can help, with ideas, information and personalized health coaching that can give encouragement and support needed to stay strong and focused on the goal of quitting smoking.

When someone calls LifeWorks, they'll be matched with a personal health coach who will work with them to make a plan and find the resources needed to stop smoking for good.

Participants will work from the privacy of their own home at their own pace, without deadlines or meetings. Participants can call or e-mail their coach anytime for support and can use helpful tools like an online Quit Diary.
