Video highlights innovative newspaper readership and recycling program

Ten years ago Penn State President Graham B. Spanier had a desire to meet the challenge of increasing student awareness and newspaper readership. In 1997 Penn State initiated an innovative program that provides newspapers to students at no cost in an effort to promote newspaper reading as a lifelong habit.
