University Park, Pa. -- The Penn State Lion Ambassadors have announced the dates of their annual recruitment sessions. Through on campus tours and university-wide projects, Lion Ambassadors strive to communicate Penn State's history, strengthen its traditions and promote pride and respect among the Penn State community. Those interested in learning more about the organization and the application process should attend one of the following recruitment sessions:
Oct. 24 - 100 Life Sciences, 7 p.m.
Nov. 14 - 100 Life Sciences, 7 p.m.
Dec. 12 - Hintz Family Alumni Center, 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.
All students wishing to apply must be full-time students with at least three semesters remaining at University Park. In addition, Lion Ambassadors require participants have completed 28 credits prior to fall 2007 and maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
