Nittany Lion baseball returns to air this weekend

University Park, Pa. - Penn State baseball games will return to the air beginning this weekend and every remaining game for the 2008 season will be broadcast on GoPSUsports.com. New voice of Penn State baseball Loren Crispell will call all of the action of all of Penn State's remaining 41 games as well as any postseason games for GoPSUsports.com.

In addition to every remaining game being available on GoPSUsports.com, all but three games will also be broadcast in the Centre County area on WBLF 970 AM, which returns as the flagship station for Nittany Lion baseball for the third straight season. The only games that will not be carried by WBLF this year are March 21-22 vs. Lehigh and April 18 vs. Indiana. Those three games can still be heard exclusively on GoPSUsports.com, however. The remainder of the games will all be carried live on WBLF and GoPSUsports.com.

The games will all be available for free once again on GoPSUsports.com, however users will be required to register for free in order to hear the baseball games.

The first baseball broadcast of the year can be heard this Friday, March 21 as the Nittany Lions open their home schedule against Lehigh at 3:35 p.m.
