Brian Black, associate professor of history and environmental studies at Penn State Altoona, recently published a two-volume reference book set with Greenwood.
Written with Donna Lybecker, former Penn State Altoona assistant professor of political science who is now at Idaho State, "Great Debates in American Environmental History" is intended for use in reference libraries around the world. It covers topics ranging from Earth Day to alternative fuels, from the Louisiana Purchase to the slow-food movement of the 21st century.
