Fayette Lady Lions head to USCAA National Championships

The Penn State Fayette Lady Roaring Lions volleyball team heads to Fort Wayne, Ind., for the USCAA National Championships, where they face nine teams in the running for No. 1 in the nation. Going in they are ranked eighth out of 102 teams across the country. The team’s record going into the national championships is 22-4. They won the PSUAC championships last weekend 3 games to 1.The USCAA national championship games begin Thursday, Oct. 23, with pool play. The Roaring Lions faced off at 9 a.m. against Spalding University and at 11 a.m. they played Cincinnati Clermont. Play continues Friday and Saturday.
