Two financial aid nights remain at Penn State DuBois

January 26, 2009

University Park, Pa. — Two financial aid workshops, hosted by Penn State DuBois, are open to anyone considering enrolling in college, at any university. The programs, hosted by Financial Aid Coordinator Terry Feathers, are designed to explain the process of finding and securing financial aid.

"Getting started can sometimes be the hardest part," Feathers said.  "After that, you just take it step by step. Our program is intended to help all people attending any institution navigate the free application process."

In all programs information will be presented on how to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Other aid programs and important dates to remember also will be covered.

Feathers has hosted two Financial Aid Nights so far this year.  Two more are planned: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27 at ClearfieldAreaHigh School and 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, at St. Mary'sAreaHigh School.
