Lady Lions to host annual Whoopster clinic Saturday

University Park, Pa. — The Penn State Lady Lions will host their annual clinic for the Washington’s Whoopsters kids club members at 2 p.m. on Saturday (Feb. 7) in the South Gym at the Bryce Jordan Center. Whoopsters will learn basketball skills from the Lady Lions, including passing, shooting, defense, ball handling, rebounding and layups. Following the clinic, the Whoopsters will join the Lady Lions for a pizza party.

For $30, the club membership includes admission to all regular-season home games with exclusive “Whoopsters Only” seating in the endzone nearest to the Lady Lion bench. Members also receive an official Whoopsters kids club t-shirt, a chance to be the "Star of the Game" or "Kid on the Bench" during the season, a basketball clinic with the team, monthly newsletters, gameday giveaways to the first 200 kids and an official Whoopsters WBCA Pink Zone Day t-shirt. The Whoopsters are open to kids in grades 1-8.
