Penn College student group sponsoring free gospel concert

A student-sponsored gospel concert, free and open to the public, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, in the Klump Academic Center on Pennsylvania College of Technology’s main campus in Williamsport.

The event, which features a variety of performances, is sponsored by the college’s Multicultural Society.

Individual acts will include Psalmizt, a Christian rhythm-and-blues artist, and Witness, a Christian hip-hop performer.

Among others scheduled to perform are the Campbell Street Family, Youth & Community Center Children’s Dance Team; the Center for Champions Youth Dance Team; the Christ Community Worship Center Dance Team and Worship Team; the Ebenezer Baptist Church Choir; the Faith United Methodist Church Praise Band; and the Multicultural Society Choir.
