Conference explores global health issues

University Park, Pa. -- The second annual Penn State Global Health Conference, hosted by GlobeMed at Penn State, will bring together students, faculty and community members March 20-21 to join in the movement for global health equity, exploring issues of global health and why disparities in health exist in the U.S. and throughout the world. Attendees will participate in a variety of panel sessions, workshops and discussions about the forces that shape global health and what can be done to make a positive and lasting impact.

The Conference will be held in the Life Sciences Building at the University Park campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
