Public performance of Rumpelstiltskin set for April 19

This year’s annual children’s play presented by Penn State Beaver Theatre will be Rumpelstiltskin, adapted from the classic fairy tale by the Grimm Brothers. The play, which will be held in the Beaver campus Student Union Building auditorium, will be presented this spring for school groups and children’s organizations. Reservations are required. Tickets are $3 per person

Beaver Theatre is directed by Dr. Carol Schafer, associate professor of theatre, integrative arts, and women’s studies. Beaver campus students are featured in the cast and crew.

The performance will be presented for the public at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 19. Performances dates and times for groups are at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday, April 14 and 23, and at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Thursday and Tuesday, April 16 and 21.
